2016.

Where do I even begin? If 2015 was a year for discovery then 2016 built upon that. I just feel like I found a lot more about myself and what I like and what I want to do. But anyways, let’s recap 2016 with some of the things that I have done!

Started the year off the year with updated self portraits of myself cause why not? d:

During 2016, I had multiple opportunities to work with my good friends Cynthia aka inspiroue and Delia aka DeliaWears who both have YouTube channels! Here are a few of my favourite photos of the two!

Over the summer, I decided to redesign/reorganize/renovate my room. The past four years I lived on residence but for the last my final semester I lived at home. So if I was, might as well make it the way I want!

Walls were painted with a “Polar White” and my accent wall had “Flannel Grey” with the white underneath to get this cool geometric pattern. I also got quite a bit new IKEA pieces: a bed frame, a stool-turned-bedside table, and a dresser. Really enjoying my room! (but hate how I actually have to keep it clean…)

In September, I decided to make an investment into a Canon 5D Mark III! Special thanks for a friend for the hook up!

I was able to meet a few of my favourite celeberities; I think I can call them celebrities at this point haha. Phil Wang from Wong Fu Productions was in Toronto for a screening of Single By 30 at the Toronto YouTube Space in September. Later in October, I was able to go Buffer Festival and attend the Travel and Adventure panel. Man, did that reignite my wanderlust (and my want for a drone…). I was able to meet and get selfies Ben Brown, Tim Kellner, Nicole Eddy, Steve Booker, Alexia Booker and Jake Evans!

And to finish off this post off, some of my favourite shots throughout the year!

I can’t wait to see what 2017 has in store! There’s definitely going to be a lot more adventures!
